ROSE PARK, Utah - Police have arrested a man in connection with the murder of a 19-year-old woman found dead at her home in Rose Park. Authorities Tuesday morning tracked down one of the men they say is responsible for the death of the woman identified as Stephanie Williams. Delfino Arriaga Luna was booked into the Salt Lake County Jail on suspicion of aggravated murder, firearm possession and armed robbery charges.

Police said they found Williams’ body inside her home Monday afternoon near 700 West and 300 North. Authorities have not said how long the woman was there, but a neighbor, William Lujan, said he heard shots coming from the home Sunday afternoon.

Lujan also tells FOX 13 News that he knew Williams since she was little and she recently started hanging out with a rough crowd.

Police are also searching for another suspect, 37-year-old, Benjamin Arriaga. He is considered armed and dangerous. Police believe he may be driving one of the following vehicles:

• 1998 Silver Ford Countour LX sport, four door, Utah plate #SS7268
• 1997 Black Volkswagen Jetta GL, 4 door, Utah plate #A890LM
• 1997 White Ford Crown Victoria, Utah plate #B653EK

Those with information are urged to contact police.
