Mobile Medical Clinic for the Uninsured
Wednesday May 11 at the Northwest Middle School located at 1730 W 1700 North. Clinic hours are from 8:30 am-2:00 pm and all visits are free and for all ages.
The following services will be offered:
- Glucose and diabetes testing
- Minor acute care
- Chronic illness care
- Mental illness care
- Smoking cessation services and education on the dangers of second hand smoke
- Early pregnancy detection and prenatal care
- Early detection of coronary artery disease risk
- Health education -8 to live by
You must be uninsured or under-insured. Parents must accompany a child under 18. You do not need a social security number or identification. You must make an appointment by calling (801) 578-8547 ext 1402. Limited numbers of appointments are available.
